Terms of Service

The service

EmbedFlow generates microcontroller firmware and wiring from natural-language prompts, builds it, and lets you flash supported boards from your browser. Features may change as the product evolves.

Your account

You’re responsible for your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and be able to form a binding contract to use the service.

Acceptable use

• Don’t use the service to build anything unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others’ rights.
• Don’t abuse, overload, reverse-engineer, or attempt to disrupt the service.
• Don’t resell or misrepresent the service as your own.

Generated firmware — no warranty

Firmware and wiring are generated automatically and provided “as is.” They may contain errors and are not guaranteed to be correct, safe, or fit for any purpose. You are solely responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating anything you build or flash. Flashing hardware carries risk — verify wiring and code before connecting a device. Do not use generated firmware in safety-critical systems.

Intellectual property

You own the prompts you write and the firmware output generated for you. EmbedFlow, its branding, and the platform remain the property of OpenCircuit. Open-source libraries included in generated projects remain under their own licenses.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OpenCircuit is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for damage to hardware, arising from your use of the service or anything generated by it.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or suspend accounts that violate them. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time.
